Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the evrenex.com website or send us an email. It is based on the information obligation under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In short

• There are no forms on this site; we do not ask for your name, phone number or similar details.
• No cookies are used. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• All files, including fonts, are served from our own server; opening a page sends no request to any third party.

Data we process and why

Server logs

When you open the site, our server records each request: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page, the response code, the referring address and your browser information. These logs are used to keep the site secure and to detect abuse and errors, and they are deleted after 30 days.

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and KVKK Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest: operating the service securely and reliably).

Contact by email

If you email us, your email address, your name if you include it and the content of your message are processed only to answer your request and to correspond with you. Correspondence is not kept longer than our legal obligations require once your request has been resolved.

Preferences stored on your device

To make the site easier to use, it keeps two small pieces of information in your browser’s local storage: your language preference (or the fact that you dismissed the language suggestion) and, for the duration of your browser session, your scroll position on the page. This information never leaves your device and is not sent to our server; the scroll position is deleted when the session ends. You can clear site data at any time in your browser settings.

Service providers and transfers

Our website and email service are hosted on Hostinger infrastructure; our web server is located in the European Union (Lithuania). The data described above is therefore processed on our provider’s systems. Our provider processes this data on our behalf solely to deliver the hosting and email service.

Your personal data is not sold and is not shared for advertising; it may be disclosed to competent public authorities only where a legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Under KVKK Art. 11 you may also learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, request correction or deletion, object to outcomes based solely on automated processing, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request to contact@evrenex.com; we will reply within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country, or with the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK) in Türkiye.

We may update this policy when necessary. The current version is always published on this page; the “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
